Since I was five, ballet has been my world, taking me across the globe. With over two decades as a professional dancer, I've also become a Personal Trainer, Barre & Pilates Instructor, and trainer in Progressive Ballet Technique. My passion for fitness and ballet inspired me to create BalleTonic, where we blend the elegance of ballet with the power of fitness.
